phil anselmo, frontman of the almighty pantera.
i’ve been listening to a hell lot of pantera for the past two weeks. pardon me, but i seriously couldn’t help but ogle at this guy’s vocal range; it has to be at least four octaves AND he can growl. it’s kind of a given in metal that you can’t growl like randy blythe and hit high notes like axl at the same time; angela gossow said so herself. phil is an exception to this rule and i know as much as the next guy WHY.
